I had the pleasure of capturing a fun filled birthday party for Ava! Barb Harvey of IncrEdible Endings hosted a cupcake making party, complete with decorations, a delicious oreo cream cake, and of course cupcakes! The guests and birthday girl had a blast mixing the ingredients and decorating the cupcakes with buttercream icing and lots and lots of sprinkles, colored sugar and pearls! In honor of the Super Bowl…I thought I would post a football related boot excursion to the Paul Brown Stadium to see the Cincinnati Bengals! I love the expression I caught of the guy a few rows in front of us. Classic! Happy watching!
This wedding was extra special for myself and Mandy of Mandy Leigh Photography to capture. You see Megan has been doing life with us in small group for about two years now and it has been SO amazing to see how God has grown her. I watched as she was able to overcome her past and re-dedicate her life to Jesus! And her fiancé was baptized on the same day!! My heart just swells with joy for them as they are now enjoying married life. The ceremony was at Mainstreet Baptist Church and the reception was at the Fort Thomas Mess Hall. Ryan from TakeFive Entertainment kept everyone dancing the night away. I’m so excited to see how God will bless them in the coming months and years!!!

Is there something that you just adore and use almost everyday? For me it is my cowboy boots. I seriously wear them EVERY day. I think they go with everything-skirts (when it’s warm), jeans (especially skinny jeans), ok well maybe that is all…I’m not sure about boots and shorts. I’m not really that kind of cowgirl. So to document all of the places these boots will take me I’m starting a new category just for my daily boot outings. Check back often!
