{Birth Photography} Atticus Birth – Cincinnati Birth Photography

Capturing a birth is such an emotional experience.  I love the excitement, the pain, the joy and the tears.  All of it really.  And becoming friends with my clients definitely helps to make having a photographer at the birth a natural thing.   I love spending time with my clients during a maternity session because it makes sharing in your birth such a joy, for me and for you too! And by that time we are already friends.   This lovely mama, Sheila, was a serious rockstar at her birth.  She was laughing and joyful in-between contractions and pushed out her 8lb 15 oz baby boy with such strength!  Her husband Andy and doula Eileen were such a support team! Thank you Sheila and Andy for inviting me to the birth of your beautiful son Atticus.

I just saw this today! Cannot believe it’s been a week and a half already. Thank you for transporting me back to one of the most zen experiences of our lives! Andy and I have been telling everyone how integral you were to our birth experience, and just how lovely it was! Atticus says hello, we miss you already! These are some beautiful shots, Madame. Simply beautiful. Merci Beaucoup!

Hi Hilari!
I loved working with your family last fall and will contact you about a session for Harper’s two year old session. I love capturing families so adding in big brother would be fun!

These are amazing! LOVE the shot from the feet where she sees him – what perfect timing you had! They make me wish we had made our phone call sooner and had you there when Nya was born, but I’m still so glad that we have those precious moments that you captured and that we also got to share them with you.

Hi Lauren,
You shot our whole Wulfeck family back in October and I loved the pictures. I was wondering how far you schedule out your photoshoots? My daughter Harper’s 2nd birthday is May 23rd and I was wondering if you would be able to take her pictures outside somewhere? I may want to include my son in a few as well at that time. I know some photographers book up months away so just wanted to make sure you could take my children’s pictures? Thanks!

{North Maternity Session} Sneak Peek

Sheila was an instant friend right when we met!  She is expecting in December so I will have an opportunity to capture another birth soon!  Big sister Jane is just adorable and kept me on my toes during the session but capturing her carefree spirit was so worth all of the running around! Andy was our security on the golf course, always keeping an eye out for us! Thank you North Family for braving the chilly weather to capture some of my favorite fall images!

[…] with his joyful mama.  Andy and Shiela make beautiful babies, proof of that is in their previous maternity session, birth story and newborn session!  I love becoming friends with my clients, sharing in their joy […]

Thank you so much for these beautiful pictures, Lauren! You’ve been a joy to work with – such talent! – and we look forward to sharing our birth experience with you!

{Nordine Family} Sneak Peek | Cincinnati Family Photography

I have the best clients! and I love them like family! Don’t be surprised if you book a session with me and become a friend.  Every year I’ve captured this family I love seeing how the girls have grown and how adventurous they have become! Thank you Nordine Family for bringing the candy corn when my antics just weren’t cutting it.  Sometimes a little bribe is all you need!

{Hollenbeck Family} Sneak Peek

These have got to the some of the cutest kids ever.  Hailey and Joey were hams for the camera and loved every minute of it! Hollenbeck Family- thank you for being willing to hike down to the stream.  I love what we captured there!

[…] Hailey’s personalities and Joey’s energy! I love to see how much they have grown from two years ago. I just love this fun […]

{Ashley Family} Sneak Peek

This family is part of why I love living in Kentucky.  They are also my neighbors so including my two little girls-it’s quite an estrogen filled street! I could not imagine doing life without them encouraging us, inviting us for bonfires, and playing in the cul-de-sac together.  Love you Ashley’s!

{Hicks Family} Sneak Peek

I. Love. This. Family. Yes, really that much!  They are such a joy to be around and they keep me on my toes! Thank you Hicks family for allowing me to be a part of your family for the afternoon- I had a blast!
